Kennemer Foods is the largest cocoa exporter in the Philippines, working with over 12,800 cacao farmers in Mindanao to improve yields, incomes, and sustainability. The company provides high-yielding seedlings, training, and fair market prices, empowering smallholder farmers while enhancing quality through fermentation. In addition to cacao, Kennemer operates Cavendish and Lakatan banana farms, employing locals and supporting rural livelihoods. A loan from Beneficial Returns enabled Kennemer to purchase transport vehicles, reducing costs and improving logistics. By strengthening its supply chain, Kennemer is poised to deepen its impact among farmers and expand its reach in 2025.
