Fresquita supports farmers with stable pricing, technical assistance, and training in good agricultural practices to help them formalize and grow their businesses. The company also employs over 300 people, 60% of whom are women, and has reduced its water consumption by 30% over the past three years. A loan from Beneficial Returns financed equipment and infrastructure upgrades to boost productivity, expand farmer inclusion, and enhance food safety across its facilities.
