Andrea is based in Mexico City and has over 10 years of experience working with social businesses, NGOs, and private companies to advance sustainability, climate solutions, and food systems across Latin America. She is passionate about designing strategies that align environmental and social impact with business growth. Before Beneficial Returns, she worked at Sistema.bio, a social company that brings waste-to-energy solutions to smallholder farmers, where she led growth and partnerships to drive climate and agricultural impact across the region. She also has experience working with NGOs to develop sustainable value chains across sectors, and has consulted on ESG reporting and sustainability performance across different industries. Andrea believes that lasting social and environmental change happens when strong partnerships, innovative financing, and community empowerment work together.
