Based in Peru, Alesandra is a Credit Associate supporting the expansion of the Reciprocity Fund in Latin America. She holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from the Universidad de Lima and has worked in impact finance since 2018.

Alesandra has managed credit portfolios for coffee and cacao producers, leading lending operations with a focus on social and environmental impact. Raised in a rural farming family, she brings an empathetic perspective to her work with agricultural communities.

Of Okinawan descent, Alesandra values collaboration and perseverance. She speaks Spanish, English, and Japanese—and is currently learning Korean.
