Based in Guatemala, Chiara oversees strategic communications at Beneficial Returns. A passionate advocate for social impact and sustainable development, she has worked on initiatives advancing gender equity, human rights, and community-led empowerment.

Before joining Beneficial Returns, Chiara spent several years at MAIA, a non-profit empowering young Indigenous women in Guatemala through education and leadership development. She led various communication initiatives, amplifying the organization’s impact.

Chiara holds an MSc in Economics, Sustainability, and Growth from Tilburg University and a BSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
