Kathy Coffey
President & COO, ARB
Kathy is President and COO of ARB, an investment company managing equity investments in sustainability and renewable energy. She serves on the boards of Natural Systems Utilities, American Refining Group, the San Francisco SPCA, and advisory boards for Kanin Energy and Beneficial Returns’ credit committee. She was previously a managing director at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, a partner at Seven Hills LLC, and held leadership roles at FTV Capital and SunLink Corporation. Kathy is an active member of Women Corporate Directors, a contributor to Great from the Start, and the author of Lost, a self-published photo book. She volunteers with the SF SPCA’s Animal Assisted Therapy Program. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Rich Voelbel
Former Partner, Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason
Rich Voelbel is a retired litigator with over 40 years of experience in complex international legal disputes. He was a partner at Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason, where he led high-profile cases including the 9/11 World Trade Center litigation, the Bridgestone/Firestone Liberian Civil War case, and the BankAmerica Securities arbitration. He holds degrees from Macalester College (Phi Beta Kappa), St. John’s College – Cambridge University (Rotary Fellow), and the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., cum laude). Now focused on philanthropy, Rich serves on the boards of Alight (formerly the American Refugee Committee), Amplify Mission Network, and the Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration. He remains deeply engaged in church leadership and local mission efforts.
Philip Wilson
CEO of Ecofiltro & Founder of El Cubo
Philip Wilson is the CEO of Ecofiltro, a social enterprise providing clean water to rural communities in Mexico, Central and South America, and the founder of El Cubo, an innovation center for entrepreneurs in Guatemala. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Notre Dame, and brings over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience in both the United States and Guatemala. He also founded SolucionWeb, the leading web and social media services company in Guatemala. Philip was named “Social Entrepreneur of the Year for Central America” by the Schwab Foundation in Davos and “One of the 10 Most Successful Social Entrepreneurs in Latin America” by New Ventures Mexico. To date, Ecofiltro has served over 500,000 families, with a goal of reaching 1 million by 2025. Through El Cubo, he now supports the next generation of entrepreneurs and startups working to scale impact across the region.
Alberto Irezabal
Director, CIIESS – Universidad Iberoamericana
Alberto Irezabal is Director of the International Investigation Center of Social and Solidarity Economics (CIIESS) at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He specializes in financing, capacity building, and multistakeholder strategies for social enterprises. Alberto holds a bachelor’s in engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, a master’s in social economy from Mondragon Unibertsitatea (Spain), and a PhD in advanced social economy organizations. Since 2007, he has worked with diverse Indigenous communities in Latin America, promoting inclusive development across sectors like coffee, honey, personal care, and finance. He serves on several academic, editorial, and business boards nationally and internationally.
Sharon Lim
Co-founder & CEO of Browzwear Solutions
Browzwear is a leading 3D fashion-tech company. Sharon acquired the business in 2012, 9 years after starting out as the company’s distributor. Since that time, she has continued to grow the business, bringing disruptive technology into the fashion industry. Her success as an entrepreneur can be attributed to her business acumen, her focus on building strong fundamentals, and her ability to execute through the growth stages of a business. She readily shares her years of experience as a mentor to both social entrepreneurs & founders of innovative start-ups in faith-based companies.
Mariana Villamizar
Representative, Fundación Recon
Mariana Vilamizar is a finance, government, and international relations professional fluent in five languages, with extensive experience in Japan, China, and France. She has led major negotiations with global retailers including Walmart, Amazon, and Kroger, and has secured over 15 high-impact trade deals in the petrochemical and textile sectors. At Grupo Éxito, she has led government relations for 13 years, building strategic bridges between the private and public sectors. Mariana is an Eisenhower Fellow and currently serves as the representative of Fundación Recon, leading initiatives to protect and empower children in Colombia. Her leadership and commitment to social impact have been recognized with the Order of Merit from the Bogotá City Council, honoring a career that blends business acumen with deep civic responsibility. At Grupo Éxito, she has been in charge of government relations for 13 years, building strategic bridges between the private and public sectors. She was awarded the prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship and currently serves as the representative of Fundación Recon, leading initiatives to protect and empower children in Colombia. Her social commitment and leadership have been recognized with the Order of Merit from the Bogotá City Council, reflecting a career distinguished by excellence, innovation, and the ability to generate impact across both business and social sectors.
